This sweet old boy was rescued over Easter weekend, and from that moment on, everything began to change for him.

He spent the following two weeks at the vet, slowly healing — and what a transformation it’s been. Bojangles is a gentle, calm soul who loves to simply be… soaking up the sun, resting quietly, and bringing a peaceful presence wherever he goes.

His wounds are almost fully healed, and he’s beginning to gain weight little by little — something that truly feels like a small miracle. His energy is good, and he enjoys short walks around the property, taking in the world at his own pace.

Despite everything he’s been through, his spirit is still soft and full of love. He trusts, he leans in, and he continues to choose people — again and again.

Now, all we want for him is a quiet, loving home. A place where he can finally rest, feel safe, and be surrounded by kindness. Somewhere he can simply live… and be cared for the way he always should have been.

He doesn’t need much — just love, patience, and a peaceful space to call his own.
